A night-time capsule for occasional sleeplessness, jet lag or shift-work sleep problems:
- Melatonin 5 mg: the hormone your body makes in the evening to signal it is time to sleep.
- L-Tryptophan 150 mg: an amino acid the body uses to make serotonin and melatonin.
- Magnesium glycinate 200 mg: a gentle, well-absorbed form of magnesium that supports relaxation.
- Zinc 15 mg and vitamin B6 10 mg: help the body make its own melatonin.

How to take
1 capsule 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by our doctor. Keep a regular sleep time and avoid screens, caffeine and heavy meals late in the evening.
For short-term use. If poor sleep lasts more than 3 to 4 weeks, see a doctor.
Side effects
Possible side effects: drowsiness the next morning, headache, dizziness, vivid dreams and mild stomach upset. Stop and seek help if you have signs of an allergic reaction.
Precautions
- Do not drive or operate machinery after taking it, and avoid alcohol.
- Do not take with antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs), tramadol or triptans unless our doctor agrees: tryptophan adds to their effect on serotonin.
- Tell our doctor if you take sleeping pills, sedatives, blood thinners, diabetes or blood pressure medicines, or have epilepsy, depression or an autoimmune condition.
- Not for pregnancy, breastfeeding or anyone under 18.
- Loud snoring, gasping at night or daytime sleepiness can be sleep apnoea: see a doctor.
- Store below 25°C in a dry place, with the lid tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
- This is a supplement formula, not a replacement for a balanced diet or for medicines your doctor has prescribed.

Is melatonin legal in Malaysia?
Yes. Melatonin is a Group C poison under the Poisons Act 1952, so it is supplied by a doctor or a licensed pharmacist rather than sold off the shelf. That is why our doctor reviews your answers at checkout before it is sent.

Why does it also contain magnesium and tryptophan?
Melatonin helps set the timing of sleep, magnesium glycinate supports relaxation, and tryptophan, zinc and vitamin B6 are what the body uses to make its own melatonin. Together they are taken as one capsule at night.
How long does it take to work?
Usually within 30 to 60 minutes. Take it at the same time each night.
Can I take it every night?
It is meant for short-term use. If you need it for more than 3 to 4 weeks, see a doctor to look for the cause of your poor sleep.
