Delivery Information

Delivery fees

  • Free delivery anywhere in Malaysia for orders of RM100 and above.
  • Below RM100: RM5.90 to Peninsular Malaysia, RM8.00 to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
  • Collect at the clinic: free.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days after payment, by tracked courier. You’ll find the tracking number in your account once your order is sent.

Prescription medicine is sent only after our doctor has approved it.

All orders depend on stock. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you first, then send what is available and the rest once it arrives.

Delivery times depend on the courier and your location. Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan and remote areas can take a few days longer. Delivery fees are not refundable.

Returns and refunds

For safety, medicines and health products cannot be returned once they have been sent, unless you received an item you did not order or a damaged or faulty product.

If that happens, please do not remove any tags or take the product out of its original packaging. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or by phone at +60 11-2615 1500 with your order number and photos or a video of the product. We will guide you through the return.

We check every returned product. If the problem is a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, we will refund the full price of the product, or exchange it if you prefer.

We cannot refund products:

  • bought anywhere other than this online store or a CAREPLUS Clinic branch
  • damaged by misuse or careless handling (for example chemicals, open flame, high heat or sharp objects)

If our doctor does not approve a prescription medicine you ordered, we will cancel that item and refund it, unless the product page says otherwise.

HIV PrEP (Tenof-EM) refunds

PrEP can only be supplied with a valid blood test or prescription. If you order PrEP without them and then ask for a refund instead of completing the tests or a consultation with our doctor, we refund your payment minus an 8% processing fee. If our doctor decides PrEP is not suitable for you, you get a full refund with no fee.

We process refunds as soon as the returned product has been checked, and we will contact you about how the refund is paid.
