These terms apply when you use this online store, which is run by CAREPLUS Clinic (Chye Family Medicine Specialist Clinic), 48 Jalan Lang Kuning, 52100 Kepong Baru, Kuala Lumpur (“we”, “us”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Medical information

Information on this website is general and does not replace a consultation with a doctor. Always read the label and follow the advice of our doctor. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call 999.

Prescription medicine

Prescription medicine is supplied only after one of our doctors has reviewed your details and approved it. Please answer our medical questions truthfully and completely, about the person who will use the medicine. Our doctor may contact you, ask for more information, or decline an order if the medicine is not suitable. If an item is declined, we will cancel it and refund what you paid for it, unless the product page says otherwise. For HIV PrEP, an 8% processing fee applies if you order without a valid blood test or prescription and then ask for a refund instead of completing them, but there is no fee if our doctor decides PrEP is not suitable for you (see Delivery Information).

Prices and payment

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM). You can pay by card, FPX online banking or e-wallet through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before sending the order, and you may cancel it for a full refund.

Coupons and reward points

Each coupon applies only to the products it covers, and one item can use only one coupon. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change the coupon and points rules from time to time.

Health screening packages

No booking is needed. After buying a package, walk in to any of our clinics during opening hours and show your e-receipt. For packages with a blood test, fast for 8 hours before your visit (plain water is fine).

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed with your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Using the website

Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to get around its security, interfering with how it works, or uploading anything unlawful or harmful. Text, photos and designs on this website belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but product details can change and mistakes can happen. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
