A daily hair growth tablet made for CAREPLUS Clinic, for men and women with thinning hair or hair loss. It combines vitamins and nutrients that hair needs with low-dose minoxidil, a medicine that helps hair grow. The men’s formula also contains finasteride, which helps slow male-pattern hair loss.
Hair grows slowly, so results take time. Most people need to take it every day for 3 to 6 months before they see thicker, fuller hair, and results vary from person to person.
One bottle contains 100 tablets. We send it directly from our clinic.

Women’s formula: thiamine (vitamin B1) 60 mg, vitamin B5 60 mg, silica 50 mg, L-cysteine 20 mg, PABA 20 mg, saccharomyces (yeast) 100 mg, biotin 0.5 mg, zinc citrate 50 mg, minoxidil 1 mg
Men’s formula: the same ingredients, plus finasteride 1 mg

How to take
1 tablet once a day, at about the same time each day. Keep taking it for at least 3 months before judging the result.
Good to know: the men’s formula contains finasteride and is not for women. Tell us if you are allergic to any ingredient.
Side effects
Not everyone gets side effects. Possible ones include:
- Extra hair growth on the face or body
- More hair shedding in the first few weeks, which usually settles
- Dizziness or light-headedness
- Headache
- Swollen ankles or feet
- Fast or pounding heartbeat
- Men’s formula: lower sex drive, erection problems, less semen, or breast tenderness
Stop and contact our doctor if you get chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, sudden weight gain or marked swelling, a lump or discharge in the breast, or low mood.
Precautions
- Tell us if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Do not take it if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Women should not take the men’s formula, and should not handle broken or crushed men’s tablets if pregnant or trying to become pregnant, because finasteride can harm a male baby.
- Tell our doctor if you have heart disease, low blood pressure or kidney problems, or take blood pressure medicine, because minoxidil can lower blood pressure.
- Men’s formula: finasteride lowers PSA blood test results. Tell your doctor you take it if you have a prostate check.

How long until I see results?
Most people need 3 to 6 months of daily use. Take it for at least 3 months before judging the result.
Can women take the men’s formula?
No. The men’s formula contains finasteride, which is not for women.
Why is my hair shedding more at first?
Some people shed more hair in the first few weeks as old hairs make way for new growth. This usually settles. Contact our doctor if it continues after 2 months.
Is oral minoxidil safe?
At low doses it is usually well tolerated. The most common side effect is extra hair growth on the face or body. It is not suitable in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for some heart and kidney conditions, which is why our doctor checks every order.
