Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CAREPLUS Clinic (Chye Family Medicine Specialist Clinic) and its branches (“we”, “us”) collect, use and protect your personal data when you use this online store, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (the “PDPA”).
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address
- Your orders, payments, coupons and reward points
- For prescription medicine: your IC or passport number, your answers to our medical questionnaire, your signature, and any prescriptions, test results or other documents you upload
- Messages you send us
Card and online banking details are entered on our payment provider’s page. We do not see or store them.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders
- For our doctors to check that a medicine is suitable for you and to issue e-prescriptions
- To contact you about your order or your health questions
- To run your account, coupons and reward points
- To keep the records that clinics must keep, and for accounting, tax and audit
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
We will only send you promotions if you agree, and you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
We only share what is needed, with our doctors and clinic staff, the courier delivering your order, our payment provider, and the companies that host our website, database and email. We may also disclose data when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
Your health information
Medical answers and uploaded documents are kept in private storage that only our medical team and authorised staff can access. If you give us someone else’s details, for example when ordering for a family member, please make sure they agree.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access or changes. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above and for the records we must keep by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Data stored outside Malaysia
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Malaysia. When this happens, we use providers that protect your data to a standard comparable to this policy and the PDPA.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. We may charge a fee for access requests where the PDPA allows, and in some cases the law lets us refuse a request, for example if it would reveal another person’s information. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to supply prescription medicine to you.

The store uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart.
