A daily capsule for digestive comfort:

• Digestive enzyme blend 100 mg: helps break down food.

1 capsule once a day with a meal, or as directed by our doctor. If you are taking antibiotics, take it at least 2 hours apart from them.

Some people notice mild bloating or wind in the first few days, which usually settles. Possible: stomach upset or loose stools. Stop and seek help if you have signs of an allergic reaction.

• Tell our doctor if you take blood thinners (curcumin and garlic may increase bleeding risk), or have gallstones or a blocked bile duct.
• Not suitable if your immune system is weakened (e.g. chemotherapy, organ transplant) unless our doctor agrees.
• Ask our doctor first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• See a doctor first for blood in the stool, black stools, weight loss, persistent vomiting, difficulty swallowing or new symptoms after age 50.
