MIWAKO Milk (formerly MIWA Milk) is a lactose-free, plant-based formula for growing children over 12 months old. It is easy to digest and gives a wide range of nutrients for growth and development, including brain and nerve development.

It is naturally gluten-free and casein-free, so it suits children who are lactose intolerant. The protein comes from peas instead of soy.

Nutrition for a healthy brain

Steady energy. The brain runs on sugar (glucose). A steady, slow release of energy is better than sharp spikes and dips, which can affect concentration and mood.

Good fats. About 60% of the brain’s dry weight is fat. Omega-3 fats such as DHA are important for brain development and function.

Vitamins and minerals. B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and zinc all play a part in brain function. Vitamin B12 is especially important for the nervous system.

Mix 2–3 scoops with 150 ml of warm water and stir well. For children over 12 months.
